Patti Wells is a jewellery and clothing designer based in Carmel Valley, CA. She started designing earrings 2001, when she participated in the Monterey Peninsula College jewelry sales that raised money for the Metal Arts Department, and found that her designs were well received.
I love offering women of all ages interesting jewelry and clothing. When a woman puts on a piece I have made and it looks wonderful on her, she is thrilled, and so am I! Being able to take my creative ideas out into the world is my greatest pleasure. says Patti Wells
She says that some of earrings designs have an Asian quality to them. The earring components utilize sterling silver, red brass, sterling and brass wire, and LOTS of pattern. The patterns come from many sources, including Japanese Mon designs, Japanese border designs, and whatever else catches her eye.
All earrings have either 20 gauge sterling silver ear wires or hypo-allergenic surgical steel posts.
